Dr. Kimberly McManus is a seasoned executive (retired) and independent scholar specializing in organizational leadership, voice theory, and system transformation. With over three decades of federal leadership and a nationally recognized dissertation on Black women senior executives, her expertise bridges strategic operations, inclusive leadership analysis, and the power of narrative to shape institutional change. She is known for crafting equity-conscious frameworks, guiding talent development, and advancing values-driven research that informs practice and policy. She received an Ed.D.in Human and Organizational Learning from The George Washington University.
